Before a project begins, we will create a budget and time estimate of what we believe the project will cost and how long it will take to finish. We understand that time is important when deciding to move forward with a project as large as a full home remodel and do our best to outline all the tasks and lay out a timeline so that you know what to expect from the start. While weather and other unforeseeable occurrences can create delays beyond our control, we are always happy to provide references upon request to confirm that we work our hardest to deliver you the highest quality work within the stated time frame.
Depending on your location and the work that is being done, a permit may or may not be required. If a permit is required for your full home remodel project we will obtain the permit, handle all inspections, make sure everything is built to code, and that the project and process satisfies all requirements to the letter of the law.
